Rockstar announced on November 3 that pre-loading for GTA 6 begins on November 10, earlier than the November 12 date that was previously reported. The Newswire post says the game is only a few weeks away and that there is still time to pre-order.
On PS5, pre-loading starts Tuesday, November 10 at midnight local time and is for digital pre-orders, according to the PlayStation Blog announcement as summarized by Vice. PS5 owners need 212 GB of free space. VGTimes reports that pre-loading on Xbox Series X|S also begins globally on November 10, though the Xbox size was not confirmed in the material I reviewed.
Pre-loading does not give early access. The game unlocks at midnight local time on November 19 in each region, so players in New Zealand get in first.
